Community Enterprise has been at the forefront of Scotland's social enterprise movement since 1987, growing from a local initiative into one of the UK's leading national support agencies for the third sector.

For people with accessibility and care needs, access to a suitable restroom can make the difference between being able to work, meet a friend, visit a shop or leave home at all. After the closure of an accessible toilet block in their community, Ray’s Opportunities, decided it was time to take action.
