As a social enterprise ourselves, we reinvest 100% of our profits by providing long-term mentoring to our clients and wider support to the third sector.
Together with Bold Studio, Breeze Digital and Community Enterprise Research we make up the Community Enterprise Family, bringing a breadth of expertise to support third sector organisations and social enterprises to thrive.

Lorna Edwards
Chair
Lorna is Children and Young Person Lead/Depute Charity Chief Officer at NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation. She has worked across public, private and third sectors as part of the team at Abertay University, Nesta, the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, Social Enterprise Academy, Scottish Human Services Trust and the Scottish Leadership Foundation.
Nick Addington
Nick is Chief Executive of the William Grant Foundation, a grant-making body linked to one of Scotland’s leading family-owned businesses. He was formerly Head of Philanthropy Services at Foundation Scotland where he spent a decade delivering and designing funding programmes to support community groups and local charities.
Peter Rae
Peter is a senior manager in Link Housing, one of the largest social enterprises in Scotland. His career in the third sector and with one of the most innovative housing associations brings the team invaluable experience.
Richard Bowes
Richard is a systems change facilitator and consultant. After spending a period of time in a large finance institution, he now works internationally, helping organisations find better ways to achieve their objectives.
Kirsteen Adams
Kirsteen is the Operations Manager at Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport, where she works right at the heart of major investment, regional growth, and real-world impact. Her day-to-day spans strategy, governance, community engagement, partnership-building, and delivering projects that create lasting social and economic value across the Highlands.
