Midsteeple Quarter is a Community Benefit Society set up to lead on the re-development of a central section of Dumfries town centre.

MSQ have taken on 5 town centre properties on behalf of the community and spaces are available for short term lets. 

Our digital officer supported the team in the process of selecting an online booking system. 

The chosen software would replace the need for multiple emails, spreadsheets and forms, with one cloud based tool to centralise information and streamline processes.

Documenting the existing booking process for both customers and admins, we looked at desired functionality and weighed up their requirements against ease of use and cost.

MSQ now have a booking system in place that meets their needs.
