FEAT is an award winning charity which provides employability support to people experiencing long term and complex mental health issues. They wanted to develop a historic but derelict flax mill into a social enterprise hub, housing a cafe, shop, hostel, workshop space and campsite. The aim was to provide training and employment opportunities for service users and generate an income for the charity. With funding from the Heritage Lottery, we worked with them to develop a business plan and Development Appraisal to secure capital and revenue funding.
"Community Enterprise went well above and beyond for us time and time again. Fantastic service provided, I had high expectations from the outset, but these were exceeded and I have already recommended them to many other organisations seeking support in a variety of areas."
