Alva Development Trust manage the Cochrane Hall on behalf of the community, hosting a wide range of events for all ages.

We worked with the group to develop a funding strategy, compiling information so that it is easily available for future applications, and setting out a high level plan for where and how to prioritise future grant applications. Part of this was guidance with identifying, articulating and promoting their successes.

We carried out a digital marketing audit of the organisation. The group were quick to implement the recommendations, improving their online presence, which in turn will bring new supporters and sources of income.
