Kim joined Community Enterprise in 2017 as a Development Officer and became the Marketing and Communications Lead in 2022. During her six years with Community Enterprise, she has developed a deep understanding of Scotland's social enterprise and community sectors due to working on various projects across the country.
Kim holds a master’s in business, with a focus on Human Rights within a business context. Her other qualifications include her PMI Project Management certification and a postgraduate Marketing and Communications certificate, which equip her with the necessary skills for her role.
Kim leads the marketing and communications at Community Enterprise, where she is driven to raise the organisation's profile nationally so that more people can access the expert support of the Community Enterprise Team. She also lends her expertise to client projects that require an overarching strategy and vision, demonstrating her versatility. Kim is passionate about social enterprise and is particularly interested in climate action projects and using positive news to inspire action.
