Victoria Pearce
Staff | Community Enterprise Team | Development Director
Following a varied career in the private sector, Victoria moved into social enterprise 20 years ago, working for national intermediary organisations, including Social Community Business Scotland Network, Social Enterprise Scotland and Senscot. She also worked in a freelance capacity for several social and charitable organisations to help them grow. Looking for new challenges and more variety, she moved to Community Enterprise in 2010 to provide consultancy support directly to clients of all sizes and stages.
Victoria directs the development team, coordinates programmes, including national and regional business support contracts and oversees our organisational impact and learning.
