The Larder, which operated successful and busy cafes and a training kitchen was severely impacted by covid-19 restrictions. Community Enterprise undertook two facilitated planning sessions with staff and board to consider the future. The Larder will keep food at the heart of its work but will diversity into new areas.
"We have received a range of support from CEL over the years and have always found them to be highly professional and effective in their work. Most importantly they understand the challenges and opportunities that face the Third Sector and in particular SE. The team have always made themselves available just to chat through challenges and stresses and to provide advice without it going through formal processes, making them even more appealing and inclusive."
