West Coast Furniture Bank became a SCIO in 2019 but has been in operation since 2007.  

The Accelerate programme allowed Community Enterprise to support the Development Worker and Board in a number of areas including: strengthening the Board, which in turn will enhance the governance structures, identifying grant funding opportunities and considering options for income generation ie new activities that will contribute to the sustainability of the organisation.
