The Covid pandemic had impacted negatively on the work of Stranraer Development Trust due to lockdowns and event cancellations.  To support a bid for core costs to a local funder, Community Enterprise undertook fresh research to ensure that any investment was evidence based and would make an impact on Stranraer and the organisation.
