Need for Support

Skilz Academy sought to develop a community facility and changing rooms adjacent to their astroturf in Arbroath.

What we Did

Community Enterprise worked with Skilz Academy to gather the necessary information to write a Business Plan for the project.  This involved assisting the group with community consultation, market research, concept designs for the building, operation and income ideas, marketing and promotion and a cash flow analysis.

Outcomes

A strong business plan that will allow them to develop their services over the next few years.
