We provided early stage support and guidance to a newly established community group, looking to take on a historic and prominent hospitality venue in the town. This included guidance on the new (and at this stage untested) Right to Buy Land to Further Sustainable Development; an overview of potential sources of funding for restoration and the impact on potential legal structures for the group; and development of a financial model for the operation of the venue.
