Kirrie Connections is a community based, dementia friendly, project offering vital care and support to individuals with dementia and their families. They are also much more than a social care provider, aiming to bring understanding of dementia to a whole community.  

We spoke to the  community to articulate what this meant and to build a clear picture of the impact they were making which led to a funding fit with particular investors and we completed the project with bid writing.
