Scouts Scotland is the national body supporting Scouting in Scotland.  Their business model of income from outdoor centres was severely impacted by Covid and the shutting of these centres.  Community Enterprise supported them to structure a strong Adapt and Thrive bid that was more ambitious than at first envisaged.
