Grassmarket Community Project: Recovery funding

Forced to suspend its social enterprise activity which generated two thirds of its income, the Grassmarket Community Project was hard hit by the Covid pandemic. We worked with them to develop an 18 month plan for adapting and recovering which included growing into new markets and income streams. We used that plan to help access Scottish Government implementation funding.
