Go Vegan Govan, a grassroots community food and health project, required support to consider options for a new catering social enterprise. We provided a session on potential governance models and helped the founders to project potential income and develop a business plan. Ultimately, GVG decided not to pursue catering, instead focusing on spreading their message through a radio show and events.
