Garioch Indoor Bowling Club was a self sufficient and thriving place until Covid: lock downs put significant strain on finances bringing them to the brink of permanent closure.  Being self sufficient, the committee members were unfamiliar with the funding landscape and weren't sure how to approach this.  We worked with them to develop a recovery plan which helped them to access Scottish Government funding just in time.
