Fresh Start Training and Mentorship

Community Enterprise was commissioned to provide training, mentoring and support to a newly developed team of Fresh Start Community Researchers. Taking a Participatory Action Research approach, this work built confidence, capacity and skills within the local community and undertook topical and relevant research for Fresh Start. This included impact assessment of Fresh Start's Covid-19 response, feedback on the new Community Hub and Pantry space, as well as wider community projects across the local area. This project is was renewed in 2022 and phase 2 of this programme is currently ongoing.
