Dunoon Community Shed has been at the heart of the community and on the go for a number of years but recent rental increases put them at risk of closure.  Instead, they looked at the possibility of buying their space- a former ceramics factory in the town.  After some number crunching, a full community consultation and lots of learning from elsewhere, we put together a business plan and the Shed has used this to submit an application to the Scottish Land Fund to help secure their future.
