Dailly Community Council commissioned Community Enterprise to develop a Community Action Plan identifying priorities for the community, which receives funding from the SSE Hadyard Hill wind farm. To encourage residents to think about how they would like their community to develop, we carried out a community survey, drop-in events, telephone interviews and a creative contest with the local primary school.
