Crail Community Partnership led on the local charette and are no responsible for implementing. The top priority was to develop the community hall and Community Enterprise were commissioned to undertake consultation and research and presented a viable plan for a new cultural and events centre in North East Fife.

Scottish Land Fund bid complete
