The Carers Trust is at the end of a three year project, Making Sense of Self Directed Support. The project provided direct training, paper based and on-line resources for carers, support workers and local authority staff to help them fully understand their options under SDS.
Community Enterprise was commissioned to evaluate the impact of the Carers’ Trust SiRD programme, Making Sense of SDS.
