The Old Mill, Killin is a gateway to the village and a community and visitor hub.
The Trust had developed a vision document for the Old Mill and Community Enterprise support enabled the organisation to consider and develop income generating ideas for the Old Mill. We facilitated an options appraisal and to assist the Trust develop a plan for the building.
This process involved a comprehensive consultation with people live and work in the area and visitors to Killin.
