Development Officer

Selina joined Community Enterprise in April 2025, bringing over a decade of experience supporting organisations and individuals across the third sector. She has contributed to a wide range of projects that strengthen the capacity of community organisations, from developing governance structures to building the confidence and skills needed to manage assets and secure sustainable funding.

With a strong commitment to community development, Selina is known for her ability to build trust and create supportive environments where people feel equipped to lead positive change.

Alongside her professional work, she has been an active volunteer throughout her life - from campaigning with Greenpeace as a teenager to supporting ‘A Listening Ear’, a local charity addressing isolation during the pandemic.
