Judith Eele
Development Lead
She/Her
In over six years with Community Enterprise, Judith has worked with organisations ranging from grassroots groups to established charities, both rural and urban. She has conducted feasibility research, business planning and bid writing for multiple large capital projects. She has helped clients raise over £7 million from sources such as the Scottish Land Fund, Regeneration Capital Grant Fund, Heritage Lottery and community shares.
Before moving to Scotland, Judith spent several years in Chile, where she coordinated a mentoring and support programme for micro-entrepreneurs in an isolated rural community, responsible for monitoring and reporting to private and public sector funders. Since 2022, she has brought this skillset to the Scottish Government-funded Accelerate programme, overseeing 200+ tailored support interventions a year and leading reporting on performance.
