Dr Kylie Fagan

Development Lead (Interim)

She/Her

Kylie has worked across the Scottish academic and third sectors for over ten years on issues relating to health and wellbeing, public participation, and rural community development. She joined Community Enterprise in 2019 and has worked in various roles within the Development Team while completing her PhD in Social Policy. Most recently within the team she has taken on the role of Development Lead (Interim). 

Kylie has extensive experience facilitating community consultations, asset development, and undertaking impact evaluations. Alongside colleagues, she has recently led the development of a research team at Community Enterprise, undertaking a range of community-based action research projects. By bringing knowledge of grassroots community connections and academic experience, Kylie has been able to undertake a range of practical and pertinent research projects that seek to share learning and promote ethical, community-based research across the sector.
