The challenge
The Heritage Network brings together organisations and individuals involved in saving, reusing and managing heritage buildings across the UK. As members faced increasing financial pressures, rising operating costs and a challenging funding environment, there was a growing need for practical training that would help them strengthen their organisations and develop more sustainable futures.
How we helped
We supported The Heritage Network by delivering a series of online training sessions covering business planning, risk management and procurement.
Our training was designed to be accessible to people with very different levels of experience, from volunteers and trustees through to experienced heritage professionals. We made sure that our training could work effectively in an online format, to enable participation from organisations located across the UK.
The result
Bespoke training sessions delivered by our experts
