The challenge
Dunbeath & District Centre was set up in 1992 providing a range of services to the communities of East Caithness.
The Centre was aware of a growing demand for its services and was keen to develop plans for new build Health and Wellbeing Centre.
How we helped
Through Accelerate, we supported Dunbeath & District Centre to develop a detailed fundraising strategy for their ambitious capital project, covering grant funding options, corporate giving and community based fundraising.
We also supported trustees and management to develop a sustainability plan and consider a range of income generating options for their new centre.

Thanks to Accelerate, Dunbeath & District Centre has continued to develop its plans for the Jigsaw Project. The Centre is now fully engaged with architects and funders to bring the project to fruition.
