The challenge
Citziens Advice Scotland (CAS) is Scotland's largest independent advice network. It acts as the umbrella organization for a network of local, independent Citizens Advice Bureaus (CAB) across the country. The service provides free, confidential, impartial, and independent advice and information on issues like debt, housing, benefits, and employment.
CAS is a highly skilled and capable organisation but they recognized that they would benefit from an independent procurement specialist casing an eye over the complex procurement documents and providing support throughout the process.
How we helped
We worked closely to get to know CAS' needs and clarify commission detail.
We then provided hands-on support through the complex tender process, assisting CAS to prepare their tender by their deadline.
