We supported the Trust through our Accelerate programme, interrogating their business plan to develop a disused local building for community benefit. The group had a wealth of business experience between them but needed an independent assessor to make sure their plan stood up to scrutiny particularly in relation to income generation and projections.
The Trust feels confident in its plans and is progressing its bid for a community buy out.
