Established in 1894, the Society is the oldest of its kind in the world. It operates out of a woodland space in West Lothian where members have created a remarkable model railway.  The Society is evolving and wanted help to determine its future direction, explore income generating ideas and ways to attract new members: most of all, it wanted to retain its sense of fun.  We worked with members to look at what was important to them, opportunities and strategy.
