We were commissioned by the National Lottery Community Fund to provide in depth support to support sustainability and to strengthen the organisations governance and systems.
The Manda Centre is an important space providing support and counselling to adults of murdered children and those who have experienced trauma. Having gone through a period of major change, the organisation was facing financial and sustainability issues. Community Enterprise provided them with support to create an implemental forward plan.
