We delivered a series of workshops with the senior management team to help strengthen the organisation to deliver a larger programme of work. Workshops included a SWOT action plan, marketing, how to undertake work feasibility and streamlining impact measurement.
Feasibility and Rebrand
ReMake is now undertaking its own feasibility work into new enterprise ideas and is undergoing a rebrand as part of its communication strategy.
