Front Lounge works to empower young people in Dundee. One of their recent initiatives, Kindred Clothing is an innovative fashion and design programme aimed at young parents to learn new skills in designing and making clothes. The pilot project was launched in June 2020 to great success but was wholly grant reliant.  They wanted help to explore contract opportunities locally and nationally to reduce their grant dependence and help them grow.  We carried out some research to better understand the operating context and following a series of interviews with commissioners and procurement staff, we were able to provide very practical advice, guidance and warm leads.
