With an experienced board and staff, Dollar Development Trust took the lead in the development of their business plan in early 2020, a key step towards formal ownership of the building they had run for two years. Community Enterprise provided support and guidance, helping DCDT to determine what to include, gather evidence of community support and draw together a convincing and coherent document.
The business plan was used to support an Asset Transfer request in 2020
