Annan Harbour commissioned Community Enterprise to undertake a town wide piece of research to identify the scale and nature of need for renovating a warehouse at the harbour and developing the Minister's Merse, a strategic piece of land in the harbour for local benefit.
£98,890 received from Scottish Land Fund
Land and building transferred to the community
"Even at the height of the Covid lockdown Community Enterprise delivered the community consultation and Options Appraisal we needed to develop our project and then expertly coordinated the team of specialist consultants to produce the professional reports and plans required to make a successful bid to the Scottish Land Fund."
